Deadline of Final Symposium Paper Submission: July 31 (Wed.), 2024 (Japan Standard Time/GMT+9:00)

After the submission deadline, you will not be able to submit, edit your registered information, nor withdraw your presentation.

Deadline of Early Registration : August 15 (Thu.), 2024 (Japan Standard Time/GMT+9:00)

You will not be able to register, edit your registered information, nor cancel your registration after the registration deadline.

You have to complete your registration and payment by August 15, 2024.
Video submission is possible after your payment is completed. It is optional; however, for those who would like to enter the symposium awards, the video submission by September 1, 2024, is compulsory in addition to the symposium paper with a length of 6-12 pages.
